E. Gary Gygax and his family lived in this home during the 1960s and 1970s. He was an avid wargamer and writer of rulesets and articles in many wargamer circles and publications. In 1974, Gygax and Arneson would co-author and publish the first copies of a game called “DUNGEONS & DRAGONS®” (DND).
